So I’ve been playing the J2e translation of Final Fantasy IV on my phone, and I noticed something interesting.
I don’t know how accurate this translation is, but it definitely seems to imply that there was something between Barbariccia and Kain. Maybe I’m reading too much into it. Is Barbarricia/Kain a thing?Yeah, Barb/Kain has always been a ship in this fandom, and a pretty popular one at that I think? (since I’m p. sure Kain is FFIV’s most popular character, or was until Dissidia came out and suddenly Cecil had a bunch of new fans, hahaha) This translation is pretty old so yeah, people picked up on the same thing! It’s right behind Kain/Cecil and Kain/Golbez I think, (though, tbh, who DON’T people ship Kain with… context like this isn’t even needed)
